Man stabbed in leg in Salisbury incident

Emergency services were called to Romsey House in Friary Lane yesterday evening (Thursday 9th July).

A man in his 30s was injured in the incident at around 9.00pm last night, with police alerted by the ambulance service.

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment to his leg.

The incident happened at Romsey House in The Friary, Salisbury

A 30 year old local man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of GBH.

He remains in police custody today.

We're warned to expect an increased police presence in the area around The Friary today, while investigations are ongoing.
