Reopening date set for Salisbury Wetherspoons

The pub closed in early March for refurbishment works, before the Covid-19 outbreak delayed the changes.

The King's Head Inn, in Salisbury, will reopen again to the public on the 20th August

Building work restarted on the pub on the 6th July, with scaffolding now back up on the outside.

Refurbishment work has now restarted on the pub

It's undergoing a £525,000 refurb with lots of changes being made, including: 

  • New decoration throughout
  • New flooring and seating
  • Improvements to kitchen
  • New bar decorations and glass racks

It's also expected to create an additional 30 jobs, once all staff are able to be back on site.
