Police looking to trace victim of Tidworth assault

Officers are investigating after they were called by a concerned member of the public - and they want to make sure the person attacked is OK.

The incident happened at Zouch Market in Tidworth at around 8.00pm on Monday 6th July.

It's believed a man was assaulted by three men, with the suspects seen to get out of a black vehicle.

They're thought to have kicked the victim in the head before leaving the scene.

The person who reported the incident has told police that they spoke to the victim afterwards, but no details were taken for them. 

He walked away in the direction of Nepaul Road.

After some initial investigations, police are now hoping to trace the victim and anyone who might have seen what happened.

PC Tom Webster said: 

"This was clearly a disturbing incident and I am really keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident itself as well as the victim who was assaulted.
