They wanted to show their support to everyone who has been working hard on the frontline during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The 1010 (City of Salisbury) Air Cadet Squadron have released a video of them thanking NHS and key workers.

They all recorded themselves from the comfort of their own homes, with some members of the squad being frontline staff over the last few months.

They wanted to thank people like nurses, doctors and teachers, saying it was the least they could do.

CDT Eshneha Gurung, who came up with the idea, said:

"Even though we couldn't be together due to the restrictions, it is still important that we show our appreciation, for the everyday heroes who have clearly been a cornerstone in keeping the country going."

The group, based in Old Sarum, teach young people valuable skills you need to work in the military.
