The Whites are through to the quarter finals of the Southern League Cup after beating Gloucestershire side Shortwood United.

Salisbury FC did the unthinkable by coming back from 3-1 down against Shortwood United in the 90th minute to win the game 4-3, 5 minutes later.

The Whites had skipper Kane O'Keefe and super-striker Tommy Wright to thank for two goals a piece in the Southern League Cup Third Round tie, three of them coming during injury time.

The home side were one-step behind throughout the majority of the game, going two-nil down before the half-time whistle.

53 minutes in and it was more bad news for Salisbury as Shortwood put the ball in the back of the net again.

Three goals down and it looked like the game was over for the Whites but captain O'Keefe brought a glimmer of hope back to the side with a goal in the 64th minute.

As the 90th minute came around and five minutes of added time was called, no one could have believed what was about to happen.

Wright scored to make it 3-2 and just three minutes later O'Keefe made the game even stevens leaving everyone thinking penalties were on the cards.

They weren't wrong, although it was just one penalty on the scorecard and it was for Salisbury as Claudio Herbert was brought down in the box seeing Tommy Wright converting it to win the game for Salisbury.

They will now face Barnstaple Town in the quarter-final.

Here are all of the Whites goals from last night (Tuesday 7th February):

Elsewhere, Bemerton Heath Harlequins were beaten 1 nil by Bashley in the Sydenhams League Cup.
