The Whites have completed the loan signing of Siphesihle Mdlalose from Southampton.

The 20-year-old winger will remain with Salisbury until the end of the season.

Mdlalose joined Saints in 2015 and progressed through their Academy, playing in their Under 18 setup at the age of 16.

Manager Steve Claridge told Spire FM:

"Mdlalose is a very quick attacking player, and we are very pleased to have him on board."

It's the second signing of the week, following the announcement that Ben Morgan has also joined the club from Bristol Rovers.

The 20-year-old is on loan for one month.

Steve Claridge said:

"We have suffered injuries to central defenders and have been interested in signing Ben for some time. He has played against us, firstly at Yate, and then in a pre-season friendly, and impressed on both occasions.

I would like to thank the parent clubs, Southampton and Bristol Rovers, for their assistance with these players which has meant that our Club has two good additions at very little expense. Both players were very keen to come to us, and we look forward to their involvement in helping us to finish as high as possible in the League."

They'll play in the Hendon match tomorrow if it goes ahead.

At the moment it's in doubt due to the weather conditions.
